Geothermal

It is critical to understand uniqueness associated with the nature of a geothermal reservoir system, which require that quite different drilling and well design practices be followed if well needs to delivered successfully.

Geothermal well require components including casing strings, casing connections, wellhead assembly, cement sheaths, drilling fluid to be designed using fundamentals as thumb rules don't apply. A number of geothermal wells have failed to deliver due to damage to the downhole construction e.g., casing strings, cement sheath and surface equipment of a geothermal well. The bottom line is all geothermal wells require specialist well designs, amongst so many other things, it must include a variety of life-cycle loading conditions simulations at ultra-high temperatures.

Carbon Capturing and Sequestration

Guildex brings multi-disciplinary approach to CCS projects. Through liaison, we put together a team of experts who have extensive experience in CCS and associated domains. Most of our experts have over 2 decade of global experience and have been involved in delivering complex projects.

Our typical CO2 geological sequestration workflow & deliverables involve four interconnected stages, which are Storage Assessment, Storage Prospectivity, Storage Feasibility and Storage Planning & Execution.
